| Company Background LandAmerica OneStop, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary company of LandAmerica Financial Group. Although LandAmerica OneStop, Inc. is not in bankruptcy, as part of the Chapter 11 petition filed by the parent company, it is in the process of being sold to be under new ownership during the month of September 2009. The new ownership will cause a name change for the company, but the products and services offered by this group will continue to be offered to our existing and potential clients with the existing management team staying in place. |
